A cup of tea

9. Tea can help beat bacteria. An Egyptian study testing the effects of green tea on antibiotics found the tea to enhance the bacteria killing effects of the drugs.
10. Tea aids your immune defenses. A study comparing the immune activity levels of coffee drinkers vs. tea drinkers found the tea drinkers to have levels up to five times higher.

This wrap around sunglasses from Firmoo is perfect here in our country 

b/c it's so hot here that's why we really need sunglasses >:D. The sunglasses came in a plastic case with a micro-fiber lens cloths, a black bag and a screwdriver w/ screws :) and did I mention that the shipping was very fast.? c:

Graduation Day

Hey, it's been awhile. teehehe, i was really really really busy months ago with my thesis -_- but i'm back for good :D March 24, 2012, was our graduation day. *yehey ^_^ i finally finished my studies, btw i'm a BS Architecture Graduate :) Next  step is to apply for an apprenticeship but maybe not now because i'm lazy haaha maybe this coming June. I need to rest first and MUST GAIN WEIGHT c:

awhile ago, i was sorting my stuff and guess what i found? i found the letters i wrote for my ex, my first bf haaha. so i read the letters and i was like, 'did i really wrote these letters?' haha and i didn't bother to finish reading it hehe and ended up burning the letters. >:)
